According to Return Policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The original shipping and insurance fee are non-refundable. If you return it by yourself, the cost will be high. So we offer prepaid return labels to help you. With the return label, your local post office will not charge you as we have paid the fee of those labels. But when we issue your refund, we will deduct the fee of the return label, taking as your return shipping fee.
Now customers can create a prepaid return label or get our return address by using our return link. Bpost can only accept return label under 2kg. If your package is over 2kg, please create two or more labels by choosing items separately. The return link is unique which is just for the order you referred. Customers can't make a return for those nonreturnable items.
Here are steps to make a return on PC site.
Firstly, please login with your SHEIN account including the order number you need to return in site www.shein.co.uk.
Secondly, please click the return link and the below is the page you will reach. If anything wrong, please contact us with failure record for checking. We promise your return request will be well solved.
Thirdly, choose the ITEM(S) you need to return and REFUND METHOD you prefer. Then click "SUBMIT" or "NEXT".
Fourthly, choose the RETURN REASON, then click "SUBMIT" or "NEXT". You can decide whether to upload photos or not as it is optional.
Fifthly, you will get our return address or prepaid return label based on return info you picked before. You can save the label or print it right now. If you forget to save the label, you can also view details under "MY ORDERS" to "VIEW" the return label. If you decide to return at your own cost, please send the Return Receipt to our customer service so that we can follow your package.
The address on the return label is B-post address but NOT our warehouse address. If the return label cannot be accepted, please return to our return address.

Most returns are processed within 7-10 days after we receive your package. The whole process may need 10-15 days considering delivery time. We will follow up your returned package according to your return receipt so that we can refund to you asap.
