Recently, some of our customers received fraudulent calls from persons who claimed they are employees of SHEIN and offered customers to win prizes after spending a certain amount of money.
SHEIN reminds all customers:
- Please be on alert.SHEIN will never ask customers by telephone for payments through unusual methods or ask customers for money to send out prizes.
- SHEIN would not call our customers unless customers request a phone call from us. Never give out personal information including your bank details.
- Never share your SHEIN account details, order details, card number and other personal information to anyone.
- Update your SHEIN account password to ensure your account security.
